Our MD/CEO Mr Mustapha Njie has won the 2020 ‘REAL ESTATE PERSON OF THE YEAR’ award in Nigeria. This prestigious award is a result of the transformation of about 40 hectares of swampy and inaccessible land into a piece of heaven on earth in PortHarcourt, located in the South-South region of Nigeria. Today that land makes up The RIVTAF GOLF ESTATE with over 1,000 (One Thousand) homes.
The Nigeria Housingawards (NHA), is an annual premier housing event in Nigeria that recognize and celebrate original and innovative contractors, businesses, teams, consultants and projects that demonstrate excellence in the building and construction environment; this event is widely regarded as the most credible and prestigious award in Nigeria’s Housing Industry.
Coming from humble beginnings in the small Gambia, it has been quite a journey into the global space of International Property Development and we are proud of our achievements, having successfully delivered a number of International projects across the continent with a fully diversified International staff core. This award is a recognition of those strides as we thrive to take our brand even further towards our stated ambition of 1 million homes within The African continent by 2030consistent with SDG 11 in delivering sustainable cities and communities.
